I'm not sure if I'm rounding third, or making for the
home stretch, but either way my last semester is
approaching and yes I'm ready. This summer has been
hot and full of classes, readings, papers and exams!
I'm ready to read a book for pleasure and not out of
necessity and have already picked out two books for
my up coming break. My upcoming break is actually just
one week prior to the beginning of my fall semester.
Lucky I know. My summer schedule has left me with little
reprieve from my studies, but I will take a break when
I can get it. Here's to another semester....blah

SLC Mini Vaca
Its a rarity for me to have anything to blog about.
My life is very boring and although my animals keep
me entertained, I know that stories about them will
just bore everyone else to death. So, my one story
that is even worth reporting is my fun mini vaca home
to Utah. I was able to fly up to Salt Lake this week
to visit with Craig while he attended meetings.
It was great. We had great weather, great food, I
got to visit with family, and the hotel was fabulous.
Here are some pics of my mini vaca!

Farewell Dinner
We said goodbye to my cousin this weekend. He had been down in Chandler going to school, but is now embarking on bigger and greater adventures in SLC! He moved this weekend and we celebrated with a little goodbye dinner over Mexican. Have fun at the U Tanner!

Spring Break Part II
For the last day of my spring break trip,
Craig and I went four-wheeling with friends
down to Hurricane. Utah is the ideal place
to four-wheel because any old trail can
lead you to some amazing landscape. This
day was no different, and the weather
cooperated fabulously. I can't wait to
visit home again, to go on another one!

Spring Break Part I
When most students leave for spring break they set
out on wild an exotic destinations to the beaches
and sunny places. I however set out for my trek
home to Utah. This trip wasn't as cold as my other
trips have been, which was nice, but I did get to
see it snow and I still got use out of my under armor.
I kept busy hanging with my niecephews and visiting
with friends, lunches, movies, spending time with
Kenai and did I mention swimming? I was lucky to
visit Cedar's new community pool where two children
wore me out. It is an awesome new establishment, but
I must warn all who enter that taking two children who
are both under the age of 5 will cause extreme fatigue
and mascara exhaustion!! It was worth it though!

February
Midterms have come and gone, and thank goodness!
I survived without loosing any of my hair or
marbles...or so I think. February was a short
month, but full of a fun surprise. My mother
and her girlfriend made a visit for my mom's
birthday. We shopped and then we shopped and
we finished out the week with some shopping.
We also took my mother to Pita Jungle, a fun
and modern restarant with a live jazz band to
celebrate the big day.
